Why is it P1 WIMAX block netload.in? Always connection failure. Attached is pathping netload.in

P1 Wimax down in Subang Jaya USJ area since yesterday night. RSSI this morning is -104.82 meaning no signal at all. Worst of all P1 Customer Service 1300800888 totally useless. Can't call always engaged!!!!!!!
