Dear Lowyatian,

I have been suffering slow internet connection for nearly 2 months. Changing my modem has improve the internet connection quality. Try change your modem if there isnt any good solution given by the P1 Staff.

aii yahhh my solution only last 1 or 2 day nia....till now i still surf crap at home. Since their last visit till now, they also never entertain me liao...if i ever saw this stupid Ema, i sure knock her head.

haha..i have been suffering 5 month..changed my modem as they claim my modem faulty because i didnt upgrade 5.8 firmware during the mass upgrading. I turned off the modem 24 hours. After changed, got 1 week best result after that getting worst day by day.

no bro..ur wrong la..in order to solve a problem, you have to go to its roots...michael lai is one of the biggest conman's in the country (I CHALLENGE ANY OF YOU WHO DARE TO SAY HE'S NOT A CON MAN ! mwahahaha...) we get him...problem solve...everybody contract terminated without need to pay waiver...woo hoo !!

dude, if you read thru entire pages here, you will find i am the first one who suggested to screw micheal lai and brought our modem to P1 HQ and smah the modem right infront of the HQ!

ALL I NEED IS MORE PEOPLES TO JOIN ME SMASHING THEIR MODEM! I WILL GET BLOGGER, PHOTOGRAPHY JOURNALIST TO GET THAT MOMENT!! DAMAGE MUST BE DONE ON P1! LIAR SOB!

since my last post i gave up! no connection at all!!! can't even upload a picture till now!!!
Today connection still consider below decent par!!! 1 whole fooking week, either high ping or no upload speed or both!!!!! mothafooker!! SINCE FOOKING MARCH! TAKING MY MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING A PIECE OF MIND SERVICES...YOU FOOKERS MAKAN GAJI BUTA AJE...WORST THAN ANY PIG BREED EVER EXIST ON EARTH!! CHOW CHI BAI!

huh? irregardless, wanna upload photo to facebook also cannot since march. hardly can and that depend on timing and luck

I think P1 cut down the upload speed quota to be occupied by download speed. that's why download speed seems much2 ok compare with upload..

just been capped, the speed is 0.50Mbps but the upload speed, couldnt even complete the speed test result.

i dont think so..this upload issue already reported to P1 their admininstrator but no action taken as they unable to rectify the problem.

hmm..so they acknowledge this problem..or actually they didnt tell us that they allocate that upload speed to download speed bcos majority user want download speed more.
their current tower cannot support more & more user coming in, so for short term solution, they allocate upload speed quota to use by download.

Let say 1 user = 300kbps upload speed.
If they cut down that quota to only 30kbps per user = save 270kbps extra.
This 270kbps if accumulate for 5users = can support 1 more user with 1.2Mbps~ download speed!!
I've seen how bandwith management appliance use by ISP works before, that's why im coming out with this.
Hope P1 resp can clarify on this.

Btw,last month they wipe out my area from P1 coverage map, but today my area is covered like before.
During the wipe-off period, my connection speed are too slow <100kbps average. but now after been covered back, connection speed are good

they wipe out the coverage because they are doing something with the tower so they dont want anyone around there apply the p1 and then go home, find the speed sux/no speed, and return it the next day,

This few week, i'm unable download anything, it's seem 0kbps and brows websites need to wait 5 minutes (more worse than dial-up). Moreover, the page are corrupted and incompleted load almost every hour and every day. The RSSI, CINR and the Signal bar are Full Bar.

Provide some numerical figure for your RSSI figure, CINR figure and TX power too.
Perhaps the full bar is the signal bar but it does not give a complete picture of the quality of your connection.
