i didn't get any pay for this. and i didn't say P1 giving very good service to me either. i have tried almost all internet service providers. they all have good and bad in different places and different situation u use them. this also include P1Wimax.
i'm saying this based on my experience. u can see that I've been LYN since 2004. i know that i'm not actively posting. i just to like keep quiet n having fun reading others posting in LYN b4 this. only now i just feel like to contribute more according to my general knowledge & skills/expertise. maybe i am right and maybe also i'm wrong.
but i've been in telco/IT industry way before I registered here in LYN. I have worked with 2 of P1 competitor b4 (u know, those that giving broadband AND telco service). 1 was and still who monopolised the industry. now i'm still working in telco/IT industry with vendor which providing telco infra & service (e.g. nokia, huawei, ericsson, alcatel, zte; i'm not gonna tell u which one). i have worked in both marketing & technical department, so in any way i know lebih kurang how the business like.
i have to admit sales & marketing will always trying to squeeze more money out of us. not just P1, but all ISP. the technical counterpart will always wanted their customer to get the best of what they have been providing/working on, at least that's how I strive in my work and feel towards the public in my working region when i was working as network roll-out pm before.
i really like to see very good positive building feedback/suggestion, rather than hate outburst/criticism anywhere in LYN. the latest would be the one from p4n6 and lin00b. i know that sometime we can get really mad and burst. me too sometimes. hopefully we can control that.
from me to P1, my speedtest maybe just showing that very very good download speed. this also maybe showing that there are no other user using the same BTS (or a very very small numbers). but what about the ping response time and also upload speed? that's not very good. i don't think sending u email would be good since this problem happen in almost all P1 network (if I'm not mistaken). only way u can rectify this is by sending your expert from technical department to sit down with your vendors which is alcatel & zte. and also tambah tower lah. your important users now are the new generations. they will need a connectivity which stable, fast & reliable. u cannot leave any one of this behind, all are equally important. god knows what they want to do with it but they need them and no compromise.
