In my case,
OCT slow = suppose waive on NOV but they forget, so they owe me 1 month.
NOV slow again = suppose waive on DEC luckily the managed to do the waiver AND P1 still owe me 1 month waive
DEC super slow again = suppose waive on JAN means this month bill, don't know they will do it or not. anyway even they waive it they still owe me 1 month. what type of system, P1 said they have to waive month by month, and can't waive all together in a bill.

now they still owe me 2 months, don't know when they will finish waive for me. vmad.gif  vmad.gif

p1 buddy is gone already, when there are so many complainer p1 just afraid they might lose customer, so when there are low complaining vanish already.

Well, other than the ridiculous throttled speed, i have no problem with P1.
However, TM net is still better.

write what is the problem liao... if you got slow speed, and also have done many complain to p1, then 1st, do a speed test using their speedometer, and using speedtest.net. then write you have call to report many times, but only given waive but the speed still slow. you dont want a waive, what you want is the smooth of using internet. and your area maybe congested. so you want to terminate because p1 fail to deliver smooth surfing internet. and the speed is below 80% all the time

P1 WiMAX is SO BAD that I had to quit doing speedtest, these past months, I have never been able to complete the test, even to KL server, it will say upload error

My P1 was fixed last week after the technician replaced my outdoor unit. But after that now, same thing happens. I do not have Internet again now.

Is there a service interuption in Jln. Gasing ??? or is it my outdoor unit problem again?

Please let me know asap.
