sori that i've kept quiet all these years...but my nature of work didn't not allow me much time for internet. only now that i'm on long holiday after 2 years long oversea project, i can have some free time. i also have to spend time with family.

true and totally agree with u. but if u give positive feedbacks & building suggestions, maybe the responsible people in the company will lembut hati and respond to your feedback/suggestion. do u really think those ppl with power at top mgmt there will respond when seeing the hate outburst/criticism? Most of the time they will say "lantak korang lah. bukan company aku pun & bukannye ko mampu saman aku pun". u know la Bolehland. if only gomen, NGO and persatuan pengguna can be on our side, and helping us offensively towards the ISPs. then we'll see they tak berani main2 anymore.

i don't think our ISP capable of delivering this type service at the moment. the infra is too costly for the whole country. eventho some places already have the infra, for example TM HSBB, there many other aspects that they too chicken out to face, for example billing, O&M, support, customer service, sales & marketing. even at 2Mbps and below, the ISPs are already in deepsh*t with these other aspects and have to spend a lot and lot of money for them, not to mention building this type of infra. HSBB, can u guess where TM got money build this infra?

Yes. I agree with u that our BB industry is screw up but we must also be thankful because we still have them. There are a lot of other countries w/o this facility & most of them still on dial-up or satelit broadband. We can only depend to ourselves & future generations to create what we want for our future. Gomen & politics are all the same in any part of the world.

Hey guys, I changed my laptop 2months back to win7 64bit since my old laptop screwed up. And i'm using a wiggy. and I havent been using it for the last 2months since I can't go online. Hence, I haven't paid my bill as well. Should I just terminate it ? what are the procedures? The line was quite crappy even when it was useable so I really feel like terminating it..

there isnt any driver for 64 bit, i dont know if you can return it or not, try this, go to the p1 center, say that your area is congested, and you are using 64bit computer, and the wiggy driver can not be install with that computer. if the old lady/guy give crap like, it can be install maybe virus or sumthing, ask that person, go panggil someone with a computer knowledge.

I have had a great experience with p1 ever since a few months ago, i'm from TAMPIN btw, speed is 9/10 , stability is 9/10 to me. No problem at all.

replace the end of the url with your BSID number, to get BSID number, log on to the modem (go to adress 10.1.1.254, input username: admin, password: admin123). there will be BSID number in the form of 00:00:12:a1:21:23

just replace the end of the url, like this

from what i see the last couple of weeks, digi seems to be quite reliable...however this statement is only true when there are less customers register for digi broadband..but once everyone jumps on the same bandwagon...it will be just like the other telcos....in other words...they all will route thru the same underwater cable owned by tmNUT...u just cant escape monopoly in malaysia..or "protectionism" that is practiced by our very own government..

I DEMAND A TERMINTATION WITHOUT PENALTY CHARGES as the improvement of upgrading firmware not long lasting. It’s just last for 1 week++ after that back to the chipsmore motto “Now u see Now u don’t". Already complaint but waiting till now none of the technical staff call me back after i accidentally cancel their call. Anyhow also during that time, i was in my hometown can’t do much as my hometown is using streamyx and no p1 coverage.
P1 wimax never rectify their own problem. Just giving customer a temporary solution which last for only 1 week - 1 month

wangsa maju area better use streamyx 1mb or 512kb package.

That area streamyx is fantastic.

Maybe P1 can lay their own High Speed Submarine Fibre Optic Cable........ .......like Asia America Gateway, cost only USD550 million.............
