I didn't criticize you bro. I just said, keep it short and simple. =) If you want good bench form for partials, angrydog's vid. Good shoulder press for partials form, my vid. I'll say though, partials are a LOT harder than locking out. I'm gonna try db pressing the 90's next week. 85's seemed kinda easy.
