I didn't criticize you bro. I just said, keep it short and simple. =) If you want good bench form for partials, angrydog's vid. Good shoulder press for partials form, my vid. I'll say though, partials are a LOT harder than locking out. I'm gonna try db pressing the 90's next week. 85's seemed kinda easy. Surprised i hit 12 reps.

no hal la...tapi for me partials' really about swallowing ego cuz doing it heavy really destroyed my ability to workout the next day
perhaps sebab baru start
today's my first attempt at doing partials with legs...last week i only did it with standing calf raise (smith)
and yes i do agree its a lot harder than locking out cuz my flexors and chicken forearms arent strong yet and balancing's shitty (locking out gives me a minuscule time to rest under the TUT which i now think is quite unfair and let me use heavier weights)...and locking out main shoulders and chest injured me a lot of time last time (but i never really gave it a thought when i tried and tested it last week)

while poundages aint the measure, im only shoulder pressing 40lbs at partials...crap bile nak keja u ni...

By the time I get around to shoulder pressing I only can do 45lbs or 50lbs max lol. Lateral raises variations really wear me out.

oh u buat presses last is it
i do it early cuz mau focus on the isolations for shoulders...
but isolations i do at very very little poundages cuz like what u said, the raises are damn frying for ur joints and muscles

Yea I recently tweaked my shoulder routine and I found doing isolation first is better for me at least. Cuz if I do presses first I won't have proper form for raises and I find raises more stimulating than presses for me.

John, that youtube video of the guy you posted. Do you know that you're much bigger than him? All he is, is ripped. Put him next to you in the off season and I'll bet you my left nut you can hold your own. I've been to Stadium Titiwangsa to watch a bb comp before. Only when you're standing in front of guys within the <90kg category it's time to be freaking impressed. There are a lot of people within the spectators who're more impressive than the competitors.

Meeting Wong Hong, Terry, Sazali and Zetri in person, that I'm impressed.

Shizz you overestimate me. But you get me really hyped up about competing tho. Never tried cutting before. Only plan to do so a month's before the comp. If I join...

Next year is my last year being able to qualify for juniors. I thought of joining this year for exposure. Wildcat wants to meet me there anyway haha. I wanna at least get 3rd next year. But aim for 1st of course lol. I'm packing mass on now desperately. Hoping to get to at least 90kg by June. The guy's kinda big for his height (from the video and his facebook pictures).

I need some real life guidance on posing and tanning. Youtube and bb.com alone isn't gonna work.

Put on a tiny Speedo, rub on some shoe polish and baby oil, and start strutting your stuff in the mall. If the police come to take you away, you know you're doing SOMETHING right.
