guys, juz wondering, since i told my fren that a person needs to eat proper in order to grown, thing is, she eats quiet a lot. and still, remain skinny..she asked me bout any sort of supplements that she could use for her own..i x berani la to give her such recommendations like MAP muscle mass and all those stuff..coz she doesn't go to the gym..so, hope u guys can share and give ur thoughts..i'm thinking about asking her to change her diet..donno if that will work for her..

darkie,actually, which one is good when doing squat? with a smith machine or free weights?i use smith machine coz it gives me confidence..as in, at least u have a piece of mind that u got something to hang on la..and when u mentioned calf, high and low reps,how do u do that?is it 2 sets of high reps and light weights, then 2 more sets heavy weights and low reps?

hmm, i was browsing through some articles, and suddenly, i was wondering, how does honey play a vital role in bodybuilding?coz it's high in fructose and sucrose, and most bb would stay away from them. but when i read through the article, honey has a lot of benefit to the human body. your thoughts guys?

but i tot the "rose" is like very sensitive to em. takut gemok. there's a saying, take 3 sppon of honey per day is actually good for the body.

i was wondering la guys, when u mentioned most mags give out not so correct info, why do u say dat?if their advice is not that good, why is it dat they let these mags sold to the public?just wondering, coz i get most info from frens who do weight lifting, alil bit ond net and mags..just afraid i might go into believing something which may not be beneficial for myself.
