Well... been training during the day more or less around lunch hour ... (really nice to see no ppl in that gym lol) but as you know the parking is costly during the day... further more I'm about to get more busy with uni soon...so i've decided to revert back to night time...mostly 9pm onwards (after the mad crowd subsides) ...  but for this week... taking a break...got injured while dipping.... now when i squat or deadlift or dips or triceps extension i feel the damn pain around my right chest... meh!
*
YEAH, during 7-8pm, the gym is really pack like sardine and even the bench is fully occupied and ofcoz the incline bench will be FOREVER occupied. Ouch, better take it easy on that part of muscle, i got a minor lower back injuries last month, luckily recovered already.

Humm, cant really make it tat late, coz i need to wake up at 6 and i sleep at 10pm lol.

70% sounds awfully heavy for what you listed!

Nolah.....it starts off at about 55% and move up to 70%. Eh no joke ah, this method was developed by the Russians. I know of a particular Russian junior that can do this with 200KG. He does something like a single clean, double front squat, double jerk. And his max jerk is roughly 225KG.

Shit man, how come people like cy6ex and vxvx never post stuff here. If the person in their avatar is them, I would really like to know how they train and eat.

Btw, saw a skinny guy doing 180lbs (not including bar's weight) squats on the smith machine, then he couldn't take it anymore and he collapsed and pinned him to the floor...luckily he has a spotter to help him, but then the weights are too much for his friend to lift up from his shoulders, then I went to help too.

He's fine. Just that I was shocked to see him being pinned down by the bar with his knees on the floor like he going to tear a ligament of something.

hey hey..i have a question
you guys know of any gym in setapak or kl area that allows members to "throw" barbell?
i mean i'm lifting heavier as the days goes by and i can't put the barbell down without a sound when doing deadlift or squat. last time i did that the person working in the gym told me not to cause people downstairs' gonna complain. she told me to use rack but racks gives me unnatural movement >.<

shocking.gif

High skill exercises include the Full Clean, Full Snatch, High Pull From the Floor, and Overhead Squat.

Moderate skill exercises include the Hang Clean, Hang Snatch, High Pull From the Hang, Power Clean, Power Snatch, Push Press, Deadlift, and Front Squat.

Low skill exercises include the Bent-over Row, Overhead Press, Lunge Variations, Back Squat, and Dumbbell Squat.

back squat is low skill exercise, this complexes indeed sounds brutal. I think if i m going to do it,non of the high skill exercise i can perform in my gym, else i gona get kick out for throwing the weight :S

Don't think you'd be able to use weight so heavy that you need to dump them in complexes. blink.gif

It did mention about half of a 10 or 20 RM in the example he suggested.
