Shit man, how come people like cy6ex and vxvx never post stuff here. If the person in their avatar is them, I would really like to know how they train and eat.

Btw, saw a skinny guy doing 180lbs (not including bar's weight) squats on the smith machine, then he couldn't take it anymore and he collapsed and pinned him to the floor...luckily he has a spotter to help him, but then the weights are too much for his friend to lift up from his shoulders, then I went to help too.

is the muscle soreness and pain a must after every workout session, no muscle sore = ineffective workout? True ?

Well, some say that you already get use to it, therefore you wont feel that 'pain'

Guys, can i have your opinion on cardio after workout?
I've been training at the gym for a month and was thinking of starting cardio. Really need to make my heart stronger as i cant run for 1km without ending with me panting like a dog.
Anyway i heard from some of the fellows in my uni gym that doing cardio after workout is counterproductive towards gaining muscle mass. Is there any grain of truth in it?
If the whole cardio thing is ok, mind recommending the intensity and duration of a cardio workout tat's suitable?
Thanks.

Well, what if u seperate those cardio days and weight training days, so that u have more energy to run! smile.gif
