Oh ya, last weekend when I went to the sales office, I overheard an owner ask about the space for air-cond compressor.
She asked why there is such a space. Then, she said that she's paying for that space and it is used for compressor. The SA told her that the space is provided FOC by the developer <--- any comment? |

QUOTE(sandra08 @ Aug 17 2009, 10:03 PM) Anybody interested to buy my unit? I just booked one unit last 2 weeks and would like to sell it at original price. It is in block A golf view high floor, comes with side by side parking. Why would you like to sell it when you haven't buy it yet? You have just booked it so I think you cannot sell it. If you have problems with it, just talk to the SA and request for booking fee refund. |

QUOTE(ah_Hui @ Aug 20 2009, 07:49 PM) initially i thought OCBC offers the best rate with BLR -2.3,-2.4. I have posted long-winding posts in V1 regarding this. But after UOB banker showed me the comparison between their weekly -2.1 rate and normal monthly -2.3.. UOB actually gives the better rate..and your loan tenure is shorten to 4 years..with their weekly calculation.. so I took up UOB offers....but i wonder any tricks that i am not aware of... The summary is you are paying more in 52 weeks in a year compared to 12 months in a year |

QUOTE(voltus5 @ Aug 22 2009, 08:46 PM) You said you 'really don't like this' ...from your statement , it seems that you are the angry one here? I'm in doubt who is being serious all these while...funny how people can contradict themselves Comon don't take evrything so serious...everyone entitle to their opinion Anyway, the layout is available to everyone, including you before you purchase it. IF you don't like it that much, why signing the dotted line? |

QUOTE(voltus5 @ Aug 24 2009, 04:54 PM) Finally...someone who understands and can relate. Ahhh... finally I can see some decent words from you opinion unlike some others who just prefer to keep quiet and accept injustice from this amateur designer/architect. We need more dignified type A owners to step up to the plate and point this out to the developer. I believe most of us here are a bunch of friendly Zest owners. The reason why your post wasn't well-taken was due to your aggressiveness. You are right about the shoerack and the lack of entrance space. I could see there is a design issue with this. For your information, I'm taking up a Type B unit. Look closely at Type B, you would see there a " T " wall at the entrance - to form the entrance and the storage room. When I first looked at it, I had the impression that the designer added this " T " wall after realizing the lack of a storage room and an entrance space. Again, this is only my impression because I find the design a bit "uncommon" ![]() |

The build up surely looks small to me compared to the map or miniature. With 700+ units cramped up together, I can foresee some complication in noise and privacy.
Anyway, there isn't much we can do about it as S&P is signed. Let's just hope for the best outcomes in the end. Apparently, all SA told us that the showroom is already done but due to accessibility issue, it is delayed. |

What your name is like xxx? What give face to your father? What don't cry anymore? You are not sincere in your posts to make the thread a better place, instead, you are trying to make further fun of it ! Yes, I am a seasoned forumer, and why I am so pissed of these? Simply because there are problems of what you posted ! To be fair, I AM using some harsh words on you - however, see if there is any other forummers come and defend you! Let's get back to The Zest discussion (or you may head to our newly created forum - dig back previous posts for the URL) I remember one of the last discussion is the small area of the project. So, do you really think it's way too small for 720 residential units + 45 commercial units? |

QUOTE(chenster @ Aug 27 2009, 11:02 AM) hey yea... One is the existing Caltex while the other is Petronas (IINM). You can go to the site and refer to the notice board there i noticed that too.. i heard earlier someone here mentioned that another petrol stations is gonna be after zest? so we will all be sandwiched between 2 petrol stations? haha.. Just go to the site, and you may visualize your unit whereabout and see if there's anything blocking your view (especially those on hill view like me) |

I also checked with my SA before regarding the referral fee. I was told that that fee would be released once all the initial payments such as downpayment are made AND after the developer start charging them at the start of the unit/block development

We should move forward and identify what are the options we have now.
If there are someone who are knowledgeable in this field, kindly provide your advice. Meeting at the showroom/new sales office is a good idea; but before that, it would be better that everyone is clear of the situation and foreseeable options in order to move forward - together. |

Hopefully TT will really look at what has happened to Heron and do whatever they can to maintain their reputation.
From what I see, they are building up their brand in Malaysia Property - their another project: PT19 Residency ( http://www.trinitytowers.com.my/properties...ndex_about.html ) - surprisingly, the Zest has sold out before PT19 and once in a while, I could hear their advertisement from the radio for PT19 |

So bro and sis, anyone's back from the new sales office? Share share your feedback, ok? I'm still thinking whether to go there at 2:30pm++ or not
One thing for sure: Showroom is not yet ready! My gf is complaining about the promises made... such as that the showroom is already ready but only no electricity and telephone line, blah blah blah... and that was told in late June / August |
