The Zest commercial lots has tremendous visibility and marketing values. Judging by the number of traffic using the highway everyday, personally think even at 2.2mil its reasonably priced.

Some back end (zero visibility) 3 storey lots in Puchong center already asking for above 1.2mil............. sweat.gif

anyhow, can I suggest that we all continue to be objective and fair in our comments? There will be ppl throwing critism anytime but unless its completely untrue, no need to jump on the gun. Just take it, and move on.

The last thing we want in Zest in a bunch of undiplomatic fanatics who thinks Zest is the best property in the world and will simply hantam other developments or couldnt take any critism ( some other development in Puchong really got fanatics of these kind - hint :Z**). Passion is good as long as its not extreme. Having lots of fanatics in a dev will deter Zest from reaching its optimum price upon CF next time.

I dont want my neighbour to be an extremist/fanatic of any kind...............so what about you all? wink.gif

I wonder why ppl complaint so much when Heron is property they bought for 100k++ only. Were they expecting Sunrise level of workmanship?

Keep on saying workmanship is bad but never highlight the details.....dem funny ;p

This price increase is nothing. An example, studios in Tropics@Tropicana City was sold for 180k-190k just 2 years ago, and the last studio units this years was sold for 300k.

Honestly, given the price we paid for Zest, think the specs given are better than Setia Walk which was priced 40% higher. TT is a newbie, so they had to give more to woo buyers, whereby SP use reputation and branding to sell their units.

Heron issues IMO are small, fixable issues. Explain why price has gone up still despite lots of "complaints". At the end of day, "value" always prevail.

same, just saw the video yesterday hence I retract my statement on the Heron's issues. Last I commented on Heron i only saw negative comments on the maintenance and tenant issues.

I feel sorry for HERON owners and i hope TT will quickly solve this serious issues for the benefit of everyone.

Well, I never saw ppl complaint about the tiles etc until I saw the video yesterday, hence my previous comments. the complaints I read on Heron was on tenancy and management issues, so I stand corrected.

Eugene, besides the video that was posted yesteday, have u read anywhere that mentioned about the cracks and tiles issues? Can point out the link if u come accross it?

Guys, update from the developer's SA :

1. Main con for Zest and Heron is different. Apparently the main con for Zest will be the same guys who build IOI Boulevard.

2. Think its Jasmurni construction or something, can anyone else knowledgable verify?

P/s: I merely communicate this based on what the SA told me. Pls do your own intelligence to verify the above. There's a sour retard from SW sales office wanted to attack me at any opportunity just bcoz she could not verify her false claims smile.gif
