signed SPA　n loan offer letter today...got one joint in Tower A...
got car park just couple of lots away..
good place..for the zest coz all nearby residential double storey and semi d are damn nice design
the surrounding residential price already gone up to to ard 450k for smallest unit..it make bk9 really a cool n classy place...
but not sure abt the ramp n lrt...no news and no construction started yet..a bit worry..
i don,t bliv words..seeing is bliving..hopefully will have all those things mentioned..
if lrt is near to　zest..i m kinda worry of the noise n vibration everytime the lrt pass our building..
have anyone here been stayin in a highrise building built nearby railway or subway?

Don't think you'll get vibration (if we do, that's something to worry about)

I understand from one of the consultant that they have no action plan to build the ramp as telling by them, till that time all Zest Resident will need to take U turn at TPM which is really really jam due to very very high traffic. My goodness……..

im not entirely sure, but i think no vibration too. Because my bf used to rent a room at the apartment ( forgot wats the name of the apartment) right beside the putra station "Universiti", then i always go visit him. Hmmm I did not feel the vibration, but if i remember correctly , i do occasionally hear noise haha. But this Universiti station is really near to the apartment one, really just beside it nia.

hmm..wondering the structural design of malaysia highrise got absorb the vibration or noise...imagine if all da 720 residents creating vibration same time same place + lrt vibration...cant realli imagine wat will happened..
interesting topic abt "vibration + noise"... well couldn't b bothered anymore actually perhaps at dat time...there will b some other things which will create more noise n vibration than the lrt

gamenoob posted this a while back... someone said that the developer showed him the black n white stuff about the ramp and lrt. it mention that the station might be next to caltex.... i guess we have to expect traffic like the one near the sri petaling station during the peak hours?

enoughla with the shoe rack.. once the house is finish maybe we can compare and discuss design, help each other out. there's the upside and downside to every design. price included...

dude dun scare me la..got vibration????? this is STAR lrt not old school ktm i think shouldn't have any problem gua.....maybe can here the sound especially when the lrt close the door ' tut' tut' tut'......actually what i really worry is the traffic at the lrt station.....hope they will build a good system or else traffic will be xxx.............

Hmm, looks like we have a new topic to chitchat about here (Except the shoe racks issue.). Vibration + noise causing by the LRT. Anyone (I mean those sales rep who is reading this), can give any convincing words/feedbacks here?

i dont think those sale person know anything about the noise cause by the LRT. Should get somebody from LRT department instead on how much noise cause and how far in distance will be affected.

Just wondering... the LRT will be passing by which floor? 3rd or 4th floor??

In a way, if there are noises, it will bound to affect the units facing pool/kl more than the golf view/hill view units. Generally, the Star LRT trains are relatively more quiet as compared to Putra/KTM.

Anyone had snap a photo of the sales board lately? Pls post it if - everyone will be happy if see that this development has been sold out...

Find it abit funny when this forum was discussing the layout of Type A - whether there is enuf space to put the shoes. I think that there is zero chance that the developer will change the layout of the said unit.

Hopefully, the developer will do something about this as not many buyers are staying near puchong to go to the site to see the updated construction progress.

One of the best local website is by SP Setia, very frequent site pictures with dates taken included. Hopefully, TT can emulate SP Setia in this aspect.

Hi voltus5, understand yr frustration I did notice the absence of a nook for the shoe rack too & the entrance kinda small but its the biggest unit still and the internal space utilisation is among the best - small balcony for bigger hall & no strange passages.

Only 1 gripe, the construction like not fast enough. How come the blocks are not coming up yet ? If they can do this place faster than setia walk, it would be the biggest present for us owners & a coup for the developer & a feather in the cap for sunrise maincon.

Added on August 24, 2009, 3:21 pmThe equivalent situation of a lrt station outside a condo is seri maya, theres an elevated track just along the main road & the station is abt 100m away - can hear the trains squealing past but no vibrations at the nearest block, that would be catastrophic

For consolation, there are sound barriers up along train tracks passing residences. The only thing is, how tall are the barriers because it can't conver all up to 20th floor, so there might be differences in noise levels between the lower & upper units.
