I have just read most of voltus5 comment about the shoerack location. Im a type A buyer too, but... i think you are funny... You sound like an angry kid and often give sarcastic reply whenever ppl try to give you feedback, sorry but i really dont like this. Maybe im the one being sensitive here

I understand from one of the consultant that they have no action plan to build the ramp as telling by them, till that time all Zest Resident will need to take U turn at TPM which is really really jam due to very very high traffic. My goodness……..

read this from the property malaysia just now oh.... i dont quite believe it because the CEO already said they will build the ramp at all cost during the press release in The Edge (but got a bit kia kia ), but well just to share it here.

im not entirely sure, but i think no vibration too. Because my bf used to rent a room at the apartment ( forgot wats the name of the apartment) right beside the putra station "Universiti", then i always go visit him. Hmmm I did not feel the vibration, but if i remember correctly , i do occasionally hear noise haha. But this Universiti station is really near to the apartment one, really just beside it nia.

zzz i sometimes wonder if he/she really a buyer , or just someone purposely pretend to be a buyer and want to cari pasal at The Zest here. Btw i really understand how you guys feel about this fella, because i really feel the same too >__< so geram at the way he/she twisted his and our words, and i need to try hard to keep cool cool cool so that will not be provoked by him. ( eventhough it is really hard, honestly I dont have too high a EQ ) Lets just ignore him, try our best !!

ya lo when i bring my parents go see a few months ago , they look at the land also say it is small wor... But i was thinking hmm until the whole thing is built up, you wouldnt know how it will look like. Sometimes the space utilization of a construction can make wonder !! huhu.

guys , don't u think the master bedroom is reaally small ? is this because they are using the shoplot as a showhouse? But i asked before the SA say it is really actual size. Im buying type A, got so small de ar. I remember seeing a lot of other showhouses with the similar build-up, also not so small geh
