Wah ! Hot hot place the zest .. things r still galloping away.

Hi voltus5, understand yr frustration smile.gif I did notice the absence of a nook for the shoe rack too & the entrance kinda small but its the biggest unit still and the internal space utilisation is among the best - small balcony for bigger hall & no strange passages.  thumbup.gif

Only 1 gripe, the construction like not fast enough. How come the blocks are not coming up yet ? If they can do this place faster than setia walk, it would be the biggest present for us owners & a coup for the developer & a feather in the cap for sunrise maincon.

Finally...someone who understands and can relate. notworthy.gif Thank you Mr. Potato for at least being able to notice and second the
opinion unlike some others who just prefer to keep quiet and accept injustice from this amateur designer/architect.

We need more dignified type A owners to step up to the plate and point this out to the developer. icon_question.gif

United we stand, divided we will be screwed left, right & center. doh.gif

Yes , have to be faster than SW. If dev good cash flow should be no prob. + most buyers should have gotten loan already.

Ahhh... finally I can see some decent words from you smile.gif

I believe most of us here are a bunch of friendly Zest owners. The reason why your post wasn't well-taken was due to your aggressiveness.

You are right about the shoerack and the lack of entrance space. I could see there is a design issue with this. For your information, I'm taking up a Type B unit.

Look closely at Type B, you would see there a " T " wall at the entrance - to form the entrance and the storage room. When I first looked at it, I had the impression that the designer added this " T " wall after realizing the lack of a storage room and an entrance space. Again, this is only my impression because I find the design a bit "uncommon" smile.gif

It's ok la kimhoong. Some are introverts and we'll just have to accept them sitting in their shells..hehe At the same time, nothing wrong with
trying to champion the cause and try to put some fire into their souls tongue.gif

If in this case, being aggressive is wrong, then i don't want to be right. cool2.gif

Exactly my thoughts on the T-wall is if they could think there was lack of storage space and thus created it, why the heck
did they not apply this to type A as well? I think the storage room would add value to the unit as a whole. But still have to
wait for the finished product to be sure.

Hi all,

I've created a new forum based website as http://www.thezest.my . Since this thread is growing very fast and have huge traffic, it might be better we carry out The Zest related discussion in this new site. Otherwise, weeding though hundreds of posts in a single thread would be quite difficult to do and keep track of the discussions that is ongoing.

Hopefully the zest residents can support this initiative which I started smile.gif .

Thanks

Hi Kimhoong, thanks for pointing this out! I am getting type B as well, and the reason is simply because, the SA there said "Type B is the most appropriate layout and you should take type B" .. tongue.gif .. Due to no actual show house, I cant really imagine how's the layout was. So .. Show Unit~~~ bila mau siap ???

The build up surely looks small to me compared to the map or miniature. With 700+ units cramped up together, I can foresee some complication in noise and privacy.

Anyway, there isn't much we can do about it as S&P is signed. Let's just hope for the best outcomes in the end.

Apparently, all SA told us that the showroom is already done but due to accessibility issue, it is delayed.

Erm.. just use those free CMS system and free templates that I got from the internet (thanks to google). Takes a bit of time to search through all the ones and this is the most decent one I could find.

I dedicated my last weekend to create thezest.my since got people came up with this suggestion. Hope the zesters can make full use of it smile.gif

You sound not very satisfy with the unit you bought...then why you buy at the first place? Hopping to gether the type A buyers to hv developer to change the layout for a shoes rack?

QUOTE(voltus5 @ Aug 22 2009, 05:05 PM )
Mind sharing where & how u going to be 'creative' about utilization of space? When there is no space?
Just go on acting cool about it  When your guests come over, you gonna play 'pass the shoes' with them hahahahah
should be able to pass time

Next time go sales office, study the layout la   doh.gif

Anyway,ignorance not a crime

I understand your concern, but you just sound like those who bought type A and don't think the shoes rack is a big issue to them are funny fellows... shakehead.gif

Why i buy? I got too much money. Don't know what to do with it. Why you don't like i gather the owners to hve developer change the layout?
Is it because you are from developer ? If not, then why you seem like you heart sick?

I understand your concern, but you just sound like those who bought type A and don't think the shoes rack is a big issue to them are funny fellows...  shakehead.gif

How can you say you understand? Yeah, i think they are funny. But i think you are even more funny. cry.gif

At least i care more than you la. All you care is just to rebuke my statements. Not even a single suggestion or idea. Very weak la...no substance

Dear fellow Zestians,

Let us all please return to the friendly warm and cozy discussion that we used to have. There is no (monetary) benefit for anyone of us to "gain a breath of air" (cantonese saying) by pointing/criticizing at what others are saying. I have seen worse "debates" in some other forums regarding another condo, and the only conclusion I could make from that was "gosh, luckily didn't buy there, imagine my neighbours like that...". Let's just stop right here and then, before things go out of control and ugly.

We all can complain about anything that we don't like here. But bear in mind on the approach we take. If you are really vested in this (and of course if you hope to make money from this property), remember that lots of prospect buyers/tenants are reading this thread. If we go down the road of negativity, we will only give our prospect buyers/tenants the wrong impression that the property is problematic - when the problem is probably manageable.

Thank you and looking forward to meet you all at the showhouse gathering!
