1. The additional plug point in the package will be located just next to existing plug point !! I'm sure all of us want the additional point on the other wall for convenient sake.

2. Air conditional piping only for master room and living room which is so near to the air outlet if you look at the plan. What about second and third room ?? which is further and need the piping.

3. As for the fan outlet, some of it will replace the existing ceiling light point. Hence the light point will be transferred to the wall.

As for Zest's Management feedback, they told me that they are not going to entertain any feedback .... which I'm quite offended and they are not listening to their customer ... I've discuss with JT and he think we should call a meeting with the Management. JT also concern that if Zest use prefab then we will have problem later.

sad to say that purchasers have absolutely no choice but to choose from the one and only package offered. its all or nothing rule. no variation. so cannot pick n choose say, u just wanna fix the air cond piping only and delete the rest of the items. yeah better be quick to meet the mgt as progress of construction is approaching blk c 1st floor.

heard that there's 1 unit in blk c (with garden and of course on 1st fl) still available. this LAST OF THE LAST unit is open to bumi purchaser only at the moment.

i went up to TT office last week to seek for the additional point layout plan. But, the mgmt refuse to give me a copy. As i know for other's developer, this actually a basic layout plan that purchaser must have; right!! End up, i won't get the renov package!

Has anyone here try to get the layout with (estimated) measurements?

I asked before when I signed SnP but was told that it was not available. However, the ("then" nice) SA drafted me a copy with rough measurements.

Question: Do we have the right to know the exact measurements of our units?

Hmm..we should hav a copy..and a proper layout..if not, how are we gonna do planning for renovation? Any experts on this matter?

Furthermore, the package offered, if we turned it down (Since we cant actually decide on the location of each points and piping or modify it).there would no longer be any additional work for the points installation by the Developer in the near future?

You don't really need a proper layout for renovation ma. The guy will definately come to your house and survey first and take the measurement.
Usually developer will only offer once for upgrade work.

Actually it's more for furnishing plan, rather than renovation. For an example, how confident you are to put a KING size bed in the master bedroom (or the second room)? How big is TOO BIG for a sofa in the living room? etc... I know it's too early but when we go window-shopping or furniture hunting (later), we can roughly have the idea.

din ask but m very very sure its at least rm350k (before bumi discount).
