bukit jalil is set to boom!!! the zest & covillea will reap the benefit!!!

Bukit Jalil is designated as an International Zone and shall be developed as
a high-class residential area. Development will build on the existing special attributes of the area especially the presence of major sports facilities and the area’s proximity to the MSC, the KLIA and the City Centre.

The quality of the sports facilities and other facilities shall be improved to meet international standards and the zone shall be developed for commercial and tourist facilities as well as attractions related to sporting activities. MICE facilities shall also be developed to complement the existing nearby facilities at the Mines and Sunway Lagoon.

Because of its key location in relation to the MSC and the City Centre, it is anticipated that Bukit Jalil will attract many expatriates and local people who are involved in high technology industries. Research and development activities such as engineering, biotechnology and ICT shall be developed within Technology Park Malaysia.

the so called "renovation pakage" name is outright misleading. i believe the package means just adding a few electrical, air-cond & water heater points only & it costs a whopping rm3100!

That kind of power switch / points do not need such a sky price right? Anyone of you need that, I know people who can fix it. Actually planning to "plant" all the air-cond hose, cables, additional power point, heater route and etc before move in. Can have group together and request for a better price.

that means beside ZEST will be a HV cable/tower as well?

I do not get any notification on the "package".

Actually I am disappointed with the "after-sales" service from the developers. I hear nothing from them after signing the S&P. Maybe it's just my SA for not performing his duty or it's the developer, I do not know.

I hope what you said is true. But you sounds more like wanting to promote the area because you own 1... unless u got some strong insider news to share, talks like this can only trick a few 'water fish' to believing you. TPM has been here so damm long years and it is nothing new about the MSC or other govt boasting point...etc.

Wah, you visit the office quite often is it. Yes, personally i think the SA service is not up to the mark. Any news about the ramp or LRT extension, looks like both are not starting construction anytime soon..

The SA previously told me that the LRT will start construction in Aug 2009. Until now nothin is happpening!

haha.. no la.. once a while only..

i think the lrt is beyond anyone's control.. it is still up to the government to finalised things.. but it will happen just don't know when..

anyway further down the road there is this big banner complaining that the new lrt extension is too close to their home.. something melor.. only noticed it yesterday..

Hi all,

Just received a letter from Trinity Group containing a desktop 2010 calendar and the official reno package costing RM3,100.

I would like to get some advice as to whether you think it's worth that price. Here's the details of the reno package for all types of unit:
MASTER - 1 lighting, 1 fan, 1 low power point, 1 aircon piping
BEDROOM 2 - 1 fan, 1 low power point
BEDROOM 3 - 1 fan, 1 low power point
LIVING - 1 low power point, 1 aircon piping
DINING - 1 fan
KITCHEN - 2 high power point
YARD - 1 high power point

We have to confirm before 27th Feb. Can anyone explain what is low and high power point?

Will you take the reno package??

just got the calendar and "reno" quote as well today. eugene_jk, i believe its not electrical appliances but electrical points. yup, was wondering whether how much the cost would be if we were to get our third party contractors to add these points to our units upon completion...

n yea, can anyone tolong explain wat is "high" and "low" power points? tried googling but to no avail unsure.gif
