did anyone notice that the construction land size is a bit small if looking from the main road? it looks like doesn't really tally with the picture shown in the brochure.

just a little bit dissapointed only but still like the location and concept. My unit is facing pool hence if the pool is too small or too close to the shop then it could be noisier than what i thought.

For RM3100, i personally think it may worth it coz it might make my life easier. All those added point , i think all will be concealed. So before signing to accept that unit, i can complaint till the max if the workmanship is not nice. Make sure they conceal nicely and paint nicely after they added all the point and the PIPING which not included after they free 2 aircond!!!!!

But what happen if the aircon piping or power point are not located at where you want it to be? how good if they have showroom for this.

You don't really need a proper layout for renovation ma. The guy will definately come to your house and survey first and take the measurement.
Usually developer will only offer once for upgrade work.
