Here we go shoulder press 80lbs x 12



Shoulder press 85lbs x 12, thanks to angrydog spotting me from behind.



angrydog benching 225 with partials and making it easy. kicks adamemo's ass anytime. no lockouts He did 4-5 sets of the same weight easily

Think u are getting more skinny. Dunno y u took fat burner when u needed weight gainer... doh.gif

@ de.crystal- Bro something's seriously wrong with your diet and routine. You look exactly the same, if not worse. After one year's of training, there should be at least beginner's gains.

Reached 85kg yesterday. Suddenly 95kg doesn't seem that hard to achieve anymore lol. icon_rolleyes.gif

my routine? cardio 15 mins-10 speed , chest press 5 x 5 -15kg, sqaut 5 x 5- 25kg, nicep, 5 x 5 - 40kg

i have dinner at 10pm

Right now this particular anjing marah is a bit worried about my wide grip in that video. I'm going to spend a couple of extra minutes working through this during my next chest workout, that's for darn sure. (Better to have realized this sooner than later, I guess.)

Your grip was totally fine. In fact this is what Milos Sarcev advocates. Which is why you have very good chest development.

Pedro's good. He's got a lot of potential. Just needed some fine tuning on his form.

I'll say one thing about angrydog. He's got a lot of strength and stamina. Still
going heavy on his incline and decline benches after the flat benching. Doing partials with 225lbs pure bodybuilding style isn't easy.
