Lol.... just about to upload. Comin' up.
Here we go shoulder press 80lbs x 12 Shoulder press 85lbs x 12, thanks to angrydog spotting me from behind. angrydog benching 225 with partials and making it easy. kicks adamemo's ass anytime. no lockouts He did 4-5 sets of the same weight easily Shruggin like a piece of cake:- This post has been edited by darklight79: Apr 22 2010, 11:32 PM |

@ darklight- Nice, you guys going back there tomorrow?
@ de.crystal- Bro something's seriously wrong with your diet and routine. You look exactly the same, if not worse. After one year's of training, there should be at least beginner's gains. Reached 85kg yesterday. Suddenly 95kg doesn't seem that hard to achieve anymore lol. |

Your grip was totally fine. In fact this is what Milos Sarcev advocates. Which is why you have very good chest development. |
