i gym at my room ..ahaha got 80kgs of plates a bar 2 dumbels and a bench..  ... and on leg days i go to the UPM gym... never seen u there bro... no wonder la chainsaw all... ... now i understand!! wei basketball also ar?..free today?

ok jon keep me updated with ur progress.... two days ago managed to do 50 push ups .... the ones where ur legs are on a bench and ur angle going downwards....
managed 20..then 15 ...then 10..then 5...then died
oh ya..this was after benching up to 60kgs
