well, i totally change my routine for now. see if it works better.
doing squats for 3 sets of 10 reps, then end with a 20 rep. hahaha... =.=

alright, thanks for the tip biggrin.gif my biggest problem with my progress is my food intake rclxub.gif kinda hard to get in enough good food with a student budget. but i'll do my best!

i gym at my room ..ahaha got 80kgs of plates a bar 2 dumbels and a bench.. smile.gif...

and on leg days i go to the UPM gym... never seen u there bro...

no wonder la chainsaw all... ... now i understand!!

ok jon keep me updated with ur progress.... two days ago managed to do 50 push ups .... the ones where ur legs are on a bench and ur angle going downwards....

managed 20..then 15 ...then 10..then 5...then died

oh ya..this was after benching up to 60kgs

his secret? climbing Mount Kinabalu 6x a day(he's a porter/tourist guide) with 40-70kg up on his back..wheeeee

I thought you were checking out some guy's butt initially, his shorts seem a little tight though.

Oh yeah nice calves. Uphill work usually puts a lot of strain on the calf.
