Anybody here using the online training tool Active Trainer ? I registered yesterday & found out that it's a very useful tool to log Ur training, including types of training, mileage, etc. It also provide tools like Ur shoe mileage, BMI, body fat calculator. It can track Ur progress in terms of body fat, total mileage.... I can go on & on. Best of all... it's free !!! Of course, there's a chargeable version which is more powerful. U can purchase online training programmes which will be included in Ur training calendar & U can track Ur progress la. Check it out.

It's World of Sports next to HSL store at Subang Parade. Yes, you can register for MIzuno Wave Run there. Toy R Us has shifted to the top level, next to the arcade.

QUOTE Executive Committee 2009-2010 President Rustam Affandi b. Zaihan HP: 019-318 1264 E-Mail: razaihan@gmail.com Rustam started running in 1986 and had participated in almost all road races Malaysia has to offer. Finding that running to be the best antidote for his asthmatic condition, he joined the Club in September 2003 and since then he took running more seriously and has to-date completed seven marathons i.e. 4 in Kuala Lumpur and 3 in Singapore. No need to be pacesetter member only know the contact! btw, pacesetter is the organizer, while Malakoff is the main sponsor... |

Whoa... so far down edi this topic.. what happened ? Nobody running ah ?
My comeback race preparation has been hampered by a slight injury in the area just above the ankles. I dunno what it's called, my closest guess is tibialis posterior. It's not bruising or whatever, just painful. Part of it I guess it's due to the fact that I got heavier by 2 kg after Raya. But I'm running on treadmill now, I dun seem to feel the pain when running on treadmill. Last Saturday I had to walk home after it got so painful I can't continue my run. So I took Sunday off, & I've been treating the area with ice ever since. Hmm... |
