QUOTE(metalfreak @ Jul 15 2009, 05:51 PM) I totally agree. Thank God, I was able to experience my FIRST half marathon there. Really, it was a wonderful experience. never run in SG... Running in the middle of Singapore city. 100% traffic closure. Fast and efficient race management.. it would me my 1st oversea marathon... |

QUOTE(phoenix @ Jul 16 2009, 02:53 PM) vin_ann: Eh, same time as me. I lazy to go renew for my Macau Marathon trip. Wanna go together ar at Terminal 3? Terminal 3? Macau? hanjo55: Just stay at those backpackers inn. Less than SGD50 will get you through a night. Plenty at Bugis area which is a walking distance to the start/finish point. You just need a place to stay and to clean yourself up. If you go commando style, I'm afraid you will regret it eepcially after the race when you be sticky and stinky. tomolo going to renew my passport. RM300 gone. now thinking whether to go to Damansara immirgesen or Wangsa maju branch... |

QUOTE(ccube @ Jul 22 2009, 06:58 PM) yah the T6 is narrower than H10 yeah...Added on July 22, 2009, 7:05 pm The T6 is for neutral or supinator runner The Green is real striking, create more vibrant to the running scene. U get used to it brader. It got an Arch Lock so will locked up ur high arch comfortably Its a cushion shoe and weigh between 11oz-12oz (depend on size.....as reported US9 weigh 11oz) Width is Normal. U can try 1/2 size up if its too tight. Note: I have been using the Triumph series since T3. I hv a T4, T5 and shud be using T6 for the second 1/2 of the year till next year as a training shoe. This model have been my faithful training buddy. Fastwitch 3 will still be my race day shoe for its light weight and effectiveness just like im now already used to RED Triumph 5. |

QUOTE(teoanne @ Jul 29 2009, 11:10 AM) I've registered for the Penang marathon and i think i used the courier option. that's cause the run itself is RM40 (half mara) and i got charged RM10 extra which i assume is for the delivery because i can't remember whether it opted for that option now. for me, it's did not necessary to opt for the courier. since the collection is until Sat, the day before race, go to QB mall collect and familiar with the environment. |

QUOTE(ccube @ Aug 5 2009, 09:04 AM) beginning of the bridge to the toll where we do the U-turn is oredi ard 11km. To and Fro is 22km. From QBM to the bridge is ard 1.5km (x2) = 3km. In total is 25km. So its not an easy run, therefore gotta pace urself out. i wish im wrong too, but the PBIM website is showing 21km....
