just back from swimming, coach says i need to do gym next week onwards before swimming @@"

I have no more pants to wear, enough to stuff in a whole 1.5L mineral bottle @@, too loose, almost mihgt drop down anytime

No worries, mate.

Today I had the lousiest gym session ever. Instead of going heavy, I ended up running out of energy fairly quickly.

Work Day Gym Session 19/06/2009

I got into the gym today around 6:30 pm and got off the gym around 8:00pm.

Total time spent in the gym = 1 hour 30 mins.

My workout routine is as follows:

This gym session was terrible, ran out of energy even before hitting the light cardiovascular exercises.

sometimes i think my legs are ok ok size.. sometimes i think my calves is a lil too big..
how to make it smaller?

i think your calves are just okie...nothing to worry about....if you really want to decrease size, I supposed running could help to tone it up abit......

I feel like the marathon Gods are playing a nasty trick on my schedule.

Last Wednesday I was supposed to go for a long run but being hit with diarrhoea.

Last Friday I was supposed to run with @metalfreak but got stuck in MASSIVE KL traffic for 2 and a half hours instead

Today was supposed to bring my brother to LG to run but he had to register for his ALevels insead and I overslept.

I probably try to do more in the evening. Also due to bad ventilation in the living room, I was sweating more than when I was in the gym. Sauna plus cardio?

anyway...i managed to 1 round around the bird park while waiting for ccube.
1 round only and i'm sweating buckets... sweat.gif

I was told that that's the Universe's way of telling you to slow down.

Managed to squeeze an hour's run around Taman Bukit Jalil murderous hill loop yesterday 6pm with The Husband. I stopped sweating after loop 2 (uh oh) and it reminded me how much I love running @KLCC park (cold water every 400m~) instead.

Easy easy run tomorrow @KLCC park.

My brother only informed me the night before and I guess I was too exhausted the next morning after visiting the family (and cooking for them) during the day. We'll try again after the marathon k biggrin.gif 1 loop around the bird park loop is tough due to uphills. Good job. I always hated that route tongue.gif

just take care of yourself la...dun over exhaust yourself. there was one part of the uphill near the bird park loop was the bird park's garbage disposal area....busuk gile~! i had to push myself to run faster up that damn slope.
we'll surely meet up again after the marathon.
