My dad bought an exercise bike for home usage.

I probably do some cycling at home as well. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have the settings for resistance level.

alar..post lar picture...like the one u found. crop the head section off.  No worries. Its not like u have to prove anything. But if u really have that body...  nice ada abs.

mine is work in progress

Nevertheless, good job

But need to find a brighter place to take pic. biggrin.gif Room too dark.

Worked like f*ck on the mid area. Btw metalfreak, I notice that the upper abs build quite fast. The lower one can see defination d biggrin.gif But wanna ask, does the middle part always build up last? Or maybe I need to change my workouts? And also, I'm still small. Know nothing about bodybuilding. Mind teaching some tips? smile.gif

Hmm...this is the 3rd week. How is everyone doing other than the usual ppl who posts? It's like gotten dead quiet lately.

Not sure if this is a good sign. It's been 2 weeks since I lost weight. Went down to 92.5 kg this morning but the noticeable difference is that my bra size is now smaller. Last week, it wasn't that obvious or I wasn't paying attention.

Time to shop this weekend for new lingerie.

I'm trying to put off buying new outer clothes atm. Everything is loose but not that loose. Also digging up old clothes in my closet that now fits!

My clothes are getting lose as well, but still undecided on whether there's a need to buy new ones before reaching the target.

TGI Friday.

The most difficult day of the week to convince myself to workout. Also, it is the day I can go nuts on the training knowing that I am not required to wake up early on Saturday.

I can't wait to get off work and hit the gym hard. Getting the need to do some weights, might just do that today.

I just found out something. This is epic for my diet, I think.

Microwaved baby carrots + some butter + salt tastes almost like corn in cup O_O

I finished a bag of baby carrots (3 serving) in less than 5 minutes - they're too tasty. Around 165kcals - 50kcals from half tablespoon of butter that I didnt finish, rest from baby carrots. Yummy!
