Thanks, my grandmother is quite alright. Still able to walk after the accident.

Quite annoyed by the fact I have missed the entire marathon, will resume weights training with fury on Monday.

@Gr3yL3gion,
7 epic hours. I finished the last 12k in approx 2:40 - I was limping the last stretch, couldnt even walk properly. I didnt time my run properly but based on time, here's the split :

10k - 1:27
21k - 3:05
30k - 4:20 (start of disaster - 29k)
38k - 6:00 (marathon's official finish time)
42k - 7:00 (epic!)

Nothing could break my spirits at that time - I was even ready to finish the distance walking sideways tongue.gif

Morning folks. How are you all feeling today?

I was looking around at the goals to recheck and realized that Syd G posted me at 90 kg at the start of the challenge! Hahaha!

I started out at about 94-95 kg I think. This morning the scale was very good. 90 kg. Phew!

My goal was to fit a dress. Unfortunately, still tight so I think it needs another 5 kg weight loss to fit it better. Geram....

lost 4-5kg is good progress...dont be so kancheung....do it rite and last longer.....in no time, you will need to change all those oversized clothes in your wardrobe to smaller sizes...KEEP IT UP.....

my wieght now stagnant at 71kg plus minus...I am happy. didnt bother to measure body fat...will just keep doing my regular cardio and eat healthily...once awhile pop some beers to reward myself. I find it good.........

biggrin.gif Good Job. There's always room for improvement. I learnt that speed improvement always comes from more weekly mileage. No lazy Saturdays for us from now onwards I guess sad.gif
