Carrot-Lose the freaking big gut that i have.
Stick-I'd look into the mirror and kick myself for not trying hard enough. My waist is currently at 39",really need to do something about that. |

Nice one there mate.
I couldn't go through my weights after all that cardio due to poor pre-workout nutrition. Only managed to do: 1X25X40kgs Bpress 1X15X60kgs Bpress 1X12X80kgs Bpress 1X4X90kgs Bpress 1X4X90kgs Bpress Wanted to reach 100kgs but failed. Then some generic resistance work followed by abs. Hitting again tomorrow with more weights. |

Hitting the gym again today as recovery is fast,thinking to try HVT now as i've lost some fat and need to make the muscles fill the now empty space.

I don't quite know whats up,am supposed to be 90kgs but due to being sick for the past 10 days and not eating well,am down to 86kgs.
Need to start eating and training asap. |
