After 2 weeks of continuous training, the soreness can go away very quickly, even if the intensity is raised. I also find that, eat a lot of protein can reduce the soreness on the next day.

Chest soreness = 2 days Tricep = 2 days, 3 sometimes Abs = 2 days Legs = 3 days Back = 3 days Tarak whey protein punya pasal. |

not a good idea but will i still slim down despite all the soreness?
because I'm currently challenging my friend my task is to have 6 packs within 1 month or else I have to belanja him makan twice.. I cannot afford to lose.. haha |

yeah, I'm doing it right now..
my breakfast would be 2 slice of wholemeal bread(Breakthrough by Gardenia) with Skippy peanut butter my lunch would be half plate brown rice+a few eggs and lean meat as for dinner, it's the repetition of my lunch.. is it clean enough? and i have the heart now =) |
