After 2 weeks of continuous training, the soreness can go away very quickly, even if the intensity is raised. I also find that, eat a lot of protein can reduce the soreness on the next day.

That's interesting. I guess that would mean protein supplements may help then. smile.gif

I am taking natural protein.

Here's the full story on my training intensity and the diet before and after training.

and 8 hours before the training, I went to gym and pumped 600kCal in 40 minutes.

Today I still have minor muscle pain. My breakfast seem very good this morning. I broke my own record, hitting 720kCal in 40 minutes during lunch hour just now.

for 6-pak....hmmm...I would do more cardio to reduce body fat and perform abs exercise on daily basis with clean diet.......you can do it if you put your heart on it...... icon_idea.gif

yeah, I'm doing it right now..
my breakfast would be 2 slice of wholemeal bread(Breakthrough by Gardenia) with Skippy peanut butter
my lunch would be half plate brown rice+a few eggs and lean meat
as for dinner, it's the repetition of my lunch..
is it clean enough?
and i have the heart now =)
