QUOTE(King83 @ Apr 21 2009, 11:19 PM)
Sometimes i feel u guys are being too.... technical...
you guys are champions when it comes to finding new names of exercises and acronyms...

end of the day, you don't need no fancy equipment like HRM (woot, acronyms).... as long as you run ur hardest, that is your Max heart rate.... all u need to know.

Sometimes u guys should just stfu and run...
too much reading, too little execution.
*
chill lah, i get it now..
run at my hardest, i'll bear that in mind
thanks

After 2 weeks of continuous training, the soreness can go away very quickly, even if the intensity is raised. I also find that, eat a lot of protein can reduce the soreness on the next day.
*
is it?
because i just started my exercise routine about 3 days ago..
i do push up, leg raise, sit up, some machines which focus on biceps, chest, shoulder, jogging and swimming(freestyle is killing my arms)
and i'm still having muscles soreness..
but i'm still doing

yeah, I'm doing it right now..
my breakfast would be 2 slice of wholemeal bread(Breakthrough by Gardenia) with Skippy peanut butter
my lunch would be half plate brown rice+a few eggs and lean meat
as for dinner, it's the repetition of my lunch..
is it clean enough?
and i have the heart now =)

If you cant motivate yourself or have the willpower for it , you can count on a sidebet anytime, if anyone is interested... make it for mays event, gather, weigh, discuss about the amount money to pool in, have someone trustworthy to hold the cash, set up some rules and let the challenge begins.
*
haha, i've already started the sidebet with a friend of mine.
if i have 6 packs by 13th June, then he(my friend) will have to buy me a trip to a beach(roughly RM500)
and if i lose, it's the other way round..

Housing area. My place is fully fenced and ada huge security house. Safe from kena buttsecking in the early morning. brows.gif

There is a park just beside, but I don't want because I suka jog 1 straight line 200m, rather than turning here and there. And it is risky, might get rob and buttseck.

where exactly you live?
i mean your location..
