DannGunn : I am currently planning to start making bento meals though. Can't resist the cute pictures.

I look up cooking sites regularly to get different ideas because the thought of eating boring food will make me lose my diet.

http://www.mum-mum.info

The last few posts for 2009 are mostly on what I've been eating. I've gotten better at it though. Some days it's a fish soup or veggie soup. Other days is a creamy soup casserole with meal and mostly veggie.

Just have to be careful when eating fastfood for dieting. There is a new trend of cheat eats but it's more of moderation eating with strategic timing rather than long-term eating.

What you're doing is promoting the leptin hormone. Unfortunately, it's not that well understood atm so have to be careful of long-term health effects of taking too much fat into the body.

*
Ehhh, what do you mean by cheat eats?

I keep a very strict diet of very low carbo else I can't lose weight. It's different from person to person.
*
if you happen to wallop alot more carb than normal, please go do some weight.....carry bricks or dumbbell....build some muscle so that metablism rate will increase.......

weight is not just for man......and dont worry to much that it's harder to lose the muscle next time......when come next time, we have other venom to treat them......we will go running at extended period .........to burn fat cum mass....... tongue.gif

Cheat eats = you're cheating on your diet by eating food that you're not suppose to. Like fried food, ice-cream, chocs, etc.

tengster : My carbo intake is lower than yours, I think. But yeah, need to build dem puny lady muscles to something more respectable. I tried the machines in the company gym and even 5 kg cannot do with chest press. Malu. blush.gif blush.gif

King83, u forget that it's hard to measure progress other than saying what we exercise since we can't weigh ourselves or check BF.

Yes, you did but then again, I've never known you to stick to rules, no? tongue.gif

that's the only thing i can post since i aint suppose to weight my self.

I am trying of to play hula hoop, lol it's girlish and childish but it's quite fun
except to the part my whole waist, my angel, my toe and my knee is blue black now, the huge rattan hula hoop falls isn't really fun at all.

usually pack my stuff go to bedroom at 12, but always ended up sleep 1something, playing with my keyboard a while..

still woke 9 or 10 everyday, well better then 11~12 in the past..

Dont feel any sore from exercising now, good sign or a bad one? doing too little?
