And you can gain it back in less than 7 days if you want back to eating normally or cheat-eating with fast food and fried food. Whereas those of us who lose weight slowly and exercise at the same time wouldn't have this dramatic effect.

tengster : Err...about the T-shirt, thought I said that it's good enough to be put on a T-shirt? Youcould make money with it.  brows.gif  brows.gif

I think fast food is the best meal for me when I was on diet. Because every time I eat mcD, the next day I will lose at least half kg. But, I don’t think its work for all people because most of people getting fatter if they eat fast food. Maybe my stomach process differently compare to common people.

Btw, normally I do cardio at least 3 times a week plus 1 day for racquet sports.

Just have to be careful when eating fastfood for dieting. There is a new trend of cheat eats but it's more of moderation eating with strategic timing rather than long-term eating.

What you're doing is promoting the leptin hormone. Unfortunately, it's not that well understood atm so have to be careful of long-term health effects of taking too much fat into the body.

Ehhh, what do you mean by cheat eats?
