Your weight is just perfect for your height. Now all you need to kasi become incredible hulk.

What is your bodyfat %?

Just buy whey and creatine, and eat clean food. I don't know much about supplements, but these two are the common supplements.

If you want to be incredible hulk, eat clean food. If you eat crap food, you will become incredible hulk with belly. That is a fatty incredible hulk. laugh.gif

i think 76kg for a 183cm dude is pretty lightweight for a bodybuilder.

For a normal guy, I guess he will look fine but you're going for the bulky look i suppose soro?

like zeist mentioned, whats ur current BF?

if you feel ur really too thin, weight gainers such as BSN True Mass would help.

But all you really need as supplements would be multi vits, fish oil, whey and creatine mono. There take you a long way. I suggest not relying on the more 'advanced' supplements until you are nearing your body's genetic plateau.

You diet should be clean, moderate sized, and frequent.
Try learning to count calories, and take about 500 more CLEAN calories than your body needs daily. This way you'd be putting on weight and most of it would be muscle mass instead of fat.

One of the PT(skinny fella) in TF actually told me he took muscltech dunno wat hardcore and gained 4kg in a week dry.gif and i found out tat stupid supplement contains creatine so... his weight is most probably those water retain in his body lol, and brag me about muscle tech is expensive coz they r using QUALITY whey and he tot that 4kg is his muscle WHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHHAA wat i ans is just "really? oh... (walk away)

So wat u need is just whey, u can even get the whey from 4ring, no flavouring or may be ON, EAS or scivation<-- this one is cheap.

Taking so much whey at once is a waste, since your body can only absorb so much at one time.

yeah... different ppl have different type of body therefore different rates of absorption.
but do u know how much do u actually absorb?
haha... then if not, aint it a waste if ur body doesnt really absorb all? =.=

Yea, i did mention about the serv size, but be inform that different types of protein has different time of absorption. Tues Mass, Real Gains, Muscle Juice ad etc has casein protein, casein is a sustain protein. Where else nitrotech only contains more of whey Isolate and some whey concentrate. So it is no use if a person take it in a large amount because it cannot fully absorb nor sustain in the our system like casein.

I've been taking just the basics. Whey, fish oil, multivitamins and maybe creatine on and off. The rest is your diet, training, etc.

You'll get fat. Too much calories. A weight gainer is not necessary. Just eat more rice, wholegrain bread, chicken, fish etc etc.
But then it would be tougher to count calories that way.

I been reading and hearing different advices from body builders who successfully gain weight.
1. Many emphasize on more protein intake to gain lean mass. (Whey protein the best choice)
2. FF Trainer suggested to take weight gainer such as Serious Mass or BSN True Mass.
3. Friends who suggested eat more on carbs (I doubt).. but they really gain mass.
