Your weight is just perfect for your height. Now all you need to kasi become incredible hulk.
What is your bodyfat %? Just buy whey and creatine, and eat clean food. I don't know much about supplements, but these two are the common supplements. If you want to be incredible hulk, eat clean food. If you eat crap food, you will become incredible hulk with belly. That is a fatty incredible hulk.  |

Yea, like kmaru said, max 1 1/2 scoop.
