i do have a fren who took supplement just 2 months ago. he was around 53kg or so. he said he gain 6-7kg in less than 2 months. he go gym only once a week and he is very stingy in taking the supplement. it states 3 scoop per serving, but he only take 1. =.= but yet, he gain 6-7kg. well, it works for him... i am not sure bout u. =.=

QUOTE(zeist @ Apr 24 2009, 09:07 PM) Yea, like kmaru said, max 1 1/2 scoop. I have another friend take 3 scoop of Nitrotech, lagi lulz! Nitrotech even more expensive. But I read in bb.com, some people punya body are able to absorb more. yeah... different ppl have different type of body therefore different rates of absorption. but do u know how much do u actually absorb? haha... then if not, aint it a waste if ur body doesnt really absorb all? =.= Added on April 24, 2009, 11:30 pmif u r rich and willing to spend, then go ahead... haha... no one is stopping u... =.= This post has been edited by JonYeap: Apr 24 2009, 11:30 PM
