If going to use some programming/electronic circuit design is it better using VirtualBox? Since its free.
Or should I use Parallels Desktop / VMware Fusion / Bootcamp instead?

have you downloaded the drivers? what software do you want to use your webcam with? skype? if you've the correct driver, skype will be able to use your webcam.

I'm using Parallel Desktop 8, when i unplug my macbook air, it enters power saving mode "all nonsensical animation is disabled...."
my question is,how to enter that mode even if it's plug-ed in (charging)?
*if it's not power saving mode,it'll turbo boost and becomes very hot. I felt no difference between turbo and normal mode because i was doing some light gaming and word processing*

more information needed..
which apple model? osx version? was it xp or win7 or win8?
what were you doing before these error come up? have you install anything recently?
me pretty sure someone will help if you could at least provide these information..
without knowing these information, i would suggest you to
1. hit ctrl-alt-del
2. press command-R
3. work from whatever options presented to you here

Just received my MBA 2013 last Friday and installed Windows 7 via bootcamp later. Got minor issue with the wifi. If i restart from Mac OS into Windows 7, the wifi adaptor will not work. I need to shut down the MBA at Windows 7, then cold start again then only the wifi back to normal. Anyone can shed some light on this?
