you have to call to customer service center and tell the operator, if change more than 3 alphabets, you have to pay penalty of rm50, but only 1 alphabet, maybe they no charge? but anyhow you have to amend it, else u cant board the flight...

Yup. Coz I always forget my number. I only change on check in. But now they seem to have my details already, so doesn't happen often.

I have booked a couple of seats from MAS airlines and the email that I received that consists of all the passengers names were given but the first name is not separated. Will it be a problem?
I.E first name > Jun Jye, Last name Lee

it appeared as JunJye Lee on the email (passenger electronic ticket). Is that normal?

It's normal. Most airlines do that. Some airlines don't allow spaces in first name or last name too.

I tried with Qantas domestic on economy, paid a heavenly price that cost almost the same as my KUL - MEL ticket and got nothing. In my Enrich accounts it states fares not eligible. rclxub.gif

I had that experience when I had 5 trips backlog with Enrich (I took Qantas and had countless of emails and scolding), took me around 1-2 months to claim the points. Recently the trips that I have taken Qantas for the past 2 months seems to be credited straight into my enrich account after 4-5 days.
