Asia Miles is not Enrich Miles right?
If we fly on the mentioned fare class on AM website, do we earn Enrich or Asia miles?

I'm lost with Asia Miles right here. I'm due for a credit card redemption and there's Asia and Enrich there. We are talking about Asia and Enrich here, let's not recommend me KF or any others. I just want to understand Asia and Enrich's difference.

The lounge at Kota Kinabalu has reopened! Though not managed by MAS anymore. But all business class flyers/Enrich Gold and above can access the lounge.

Bought ASEAN PASS this week and found out there are limited seats that this pass can use. Just a heads up to those that are thinking about buying.

You will have to book your flights (most probably) months in advance in order to secure a seat and on flights that are very unpopular.

anyone used MAS group booking before?

is it straight forward as normal booking? i got the quotation and pending for payment only.

is this steps correct?
submit pax request > make payment > add traveler names > confirm and issue tickets

Group booking can get cheaper price?

I got the slightly cheaper fare if by group booking.
Rm 500 in normal but rm300+ in group booking

Does anyone have experience with refunding the purchase of a flight

my credit card has sufficient credit & not expired

i plan to purchase flight ticket via trip.com or booking.com, cheaper fare for business/economy. Can we manage booking in Malaysia airlines website for seat selection etc ? anyone experience it ? Thanks
