Recently book ticket KL-Tokyo return and didn't pay for seat selections when I did the online booking.

I want to choose and pay for my preferred seats now but can't seem to to find the option to do it under "Manage my Booking". Tried calling them but waiting line very long. Anyone here knows how? TQ

Just got off the phone with them. Opt for their callback service. Callback within 30 minutes but they transferred me to Internet booking department, the transfer was almost 20 minutes long.

Had to pay to confirm the seats. My dad is quite picky and he wants to know that the seats is confirm so can't wait until April to do web check in.

It's normal. Most airlines do that. Some airlines don't allow spaces in first name or last name too.
