you have to call to customer service center and tell the operator, if change more than 3 alphabets, you have to pay penalty of rm50, but only 1 alphabet, maybe they no charge? but anyhow you have to amend it, else u cant board the flight...Instead off "syahrul" i spelled it as "shahrul"..
