hmmm... some of them look just ok... not too bad.
some of them are nicely toned and can even do 40kg dumbell shoulder press with spotter.
i just saw that day... insane. =.=
he is the ex president of the gym club.
he is around 170cm, not more than 70kg.
u imagine that. =.=
hahaha...

pizzaboy would know him. WONG.
and... not to forget... our biggest monster at 19 years old... Mongolian. wakkakaka....
he is around 190cm. squats around 140-160kg. deadlift 190kg or so. (mmu gym not enough plates to pass 200kg. )

It helps to keep your abs flattened and not bulge out too much especially if you are doing weighted ab-training. Weighted ab-training gives you bigger and chunkier abs.

gosh after rest for 3 days, my legs still no recover from the squat sweat.gif
sometime i just dont understand, if you train frequently(1 week 3 times), the soreness is lesser compare with if you rest for a week and squat again

Eh please, weightlifting is clean and jerk and snatch competition. These guys talking bench presses. Tak berkaitan with me. Okay what, at least they're talking about lifting. Nobody asking about "Should I eat turtle eggs or chihuahua eggs?"
