no way so difficult? dangg. i was hoping to tell them that hey this stuff is sold in gnc and hope it works.

USPS requires u to hire pos laju after it's stuck. luckily bb.com uses fed-ex which serve u all the way until it's cleared. Dang i forgot that suppliments is taxable item. WTH man...

i got some whey, xtend, lipo and creatine. dammit thought get to save in the end might waste more. sheesh!

thats more than one item usually kene tax. one more alternative go to custom dept yourself and ask for officer in charge, but maybe he will "tapau" you one tub if he workout himself.
You got Lipo in there, thats calling for trouble too. Avoid from buying supplements in pills form in the future...or...buy locally...LOL

Was wondering if anyone's tried 10x10 for barbell curls. blush.gif

Did it for my biceps workout yesterday and booooyyy did it burn. Got a great pump too. Though, I only had strength for 3 sets of concentration curls after it. My biceps are hurtin' like a beech today. sweat.gif

I'm a fan of the 10x10. It's simply amazing. I do it for my arms, chest, back and legs. Dun mess with it. It's powerful XD

10 sets lo.

Then I'll see what other suitable exercises to incorporate into my workout but I'll normally just leave my arms alone after performing the 10x10.

However, after 4 or 5 sessions with the 10x10, I try to add in another exercise to mix things up. So far so good. smile.gif



Does anyone here find pullovers and upright rows taxing on the rotator cuffs?
I find them somewhat unnatural especially pullovers.

Any comments? tongue.gif

I love pullovers. Do them every once in a while for my chest days.

Don't fancy upright rows too much though.

Just bought my new bag of 10lbs ON whey for RM378 at GNC...wanted to buy another supp but I looked at the price it's all about RM200...I can't be spending more than RM500 at one shot, otherwise I won;t have enough money to spend on food for the rest of the month.

I wanted to buy casein but they don't have it. They have a GNC brand of myo-something which has micelle casein but it looks like some weight gainer supp. Looks like I just have to stick to my regular milk.

What else do you guys take?

Where got rich, that whey is a necessity, not enough protein in my diet, plus not enough time to eat.

Where got 7 scoops a day...now just 1.5 for pre and post and before sleep 1 scoop nia. for 4 scoop/day.

why whey for prebed? go for 3-4 half boiled egg better. good calorie for recovery, nice fat to produce teotestone, and slower digestion compare to whey thuoghout the night XD tongue.gif
