Yeah it's a great place. It's 70 a month now i think but hey much cheaper than anywhere else and the gym is pretty clean and ok.

I go there at night during weekdays so might see ya around if u go.

Was doing squat just now and after i pushed the last rep i feel real sharp pain on my head. somewhere at the temples on both side. Somehow i just walked quickly to the water cooler and felt better after a drink

What gives? Not enough water for the day?

i drink usual amount of water that day. It's just instincts i guess? Whenever i get a headache, tummyache, etc i take water? lol

But yea see if it happens again then i do something about it. Just wanna check if it's normal

nope it didn't hit me until the last rep and it's really a stinging pain on the temples

actually don't feel like fainting but i did feel dizzy because of the pain

i felt like fainting and puking a few times before mostly when i do rows till failure...and it slowly build up one. This one strange...come out of nowhere. Anyways hope it doesn't happen again la..since its not normal haha

Lets just say when i first started a month ago i can only squat the bloody bar +10kg...even then the bar shaky shaky already haha

now i can do 50kgs. I think for some weak ppl like me, we start really low but i think it goes up pretty fast

One question from a friend. Can leg press substitute squats? It does seem like the same form especially if you are doing squats on the smith machine? If not what else needs to be added to leg press to get similar benefits to squat.

This is stupid. My first set of incline bench during lunchtime today and here comes the pain again. Although only about 1/2 the pain of yesterdays.

Yeah i guess i normally breathe out only after the whole rep for squats(after i fully stand up) because i was told to tighten stomach. if i were to breathe out my stomach with lax. But let me try it out. Although i am pretty sure that my breathing is correct for incline bench press. Let me squat again tomorrow and see how it goes

Thanks for the thread!

I will retain my current squat breathing then. Damn! from the looks of the thread the best treatment is REST...and it lasts for a few weeks(and some suspect popped blood vessel....freaky)! But i'm so pumped up now and what a shame to go to waste. Have been going to gym 5-6 time a week since last month and man it felt gooood...

Guess i am gonna force myself to sleep really early today and try squatting again tomorrow night. smile.gif

Headache pain again....First rep of bench with starting weight only already shot up. Now it throbs throughout workout and even until now, an hour after workout....guess it's the doctors tomorrow sad.gif

no way so difficult? dangg. i was hoping to tell them that hey this stuff is sold in gnc and hope it works.

USPS requires u to hire pos laju after it's stuck. luckily bb.com uses fed-ex which serve u all the way until it's cleared. Dang i forgot that suppliments is taxable item. WTH man...

i got some whey, xtend, lipo and creatine. dammit thought get to save in the end might waste more. sheesh!
