Good one, Cool-iced.
Couldn't agree more.

i have yet to try a belt...
with belt, is it possible to go heavier?
if yes, then it will be a real good news for me then... haha
*
No, the point is abdominal pressure, and tightness+stability of your mis-section (abs, side, back).

The belt can help increase the tightness. But if your mid section is strong... then you can keep going heavier without a belt. Big 'IF' there.

nice weight you got there. drool.gif maybe after 1.5 year i can catch up.. need to put muscle mass.
always listen to your body and know its limit. for me, if you want to try your 1rm, better you use belt n learn proper way to maximize its effectiveness.
180kg++, its quiet heavy.. if bellow 100kg, for me better dont use but it depend on your build. muscle pain and spine pain (disk overload and gonna pop).. 2 different pain..

sometime people measure strength using bodyweight, like 1bw, 1.5bw, 2bw.
it all depend on your physical and build. if you weight 120kg, but mostly fat, so it is sound logical can deadlift 240kg? another story if u r muscular but got extra fat such as powerlifter.
but if you weight 70kg, muscular, so no doubt can deadlift more than 140kg, but it still depend on various condition.

you can see people can bench more than 70kg, but cannot even squat 80kg or deadlift 100kg. its indicate untrained core. try compare the muscle you have in chest and arm with leg and back..

remember guys, lift smart and study. tongue.gif

JonYeap is being humble only.

He might not be ripped, but he's quite big... and strong.
Ridiculously strong for someone who just started training.

Thanks for the compliment.
i will upload a video probably next month when i am on a roll...
just to clear the air... haha... just incase some are thinking i am blowing trumpet. haha....

200kg is my target for now and i wont give up till i reach it....
for somewat reasons i love doing deadlift aside from squats...
i do not like to do bench presses, or bicep curls and stuff like that.
i guess i am doing some powerlifting for the moment. =.=

but my goal is still a body builder goal... to have a nice body with substantial strenght as well.
dont wanna be ripped but weak... =.=
haha

6 reps..3 set per exersice....
and the poundage is always for the last set..

Believe it or not, after a long hiatus of not training my arms, I did 25lbs DB bicep curls with great difficulty just now. LOL, and I've seen other people with skinnier arms lifting heavier than me on curls. What a shame of me.

No worries mate we all believe ya. You increase 10kg per week? That is a leap, you must be either gifted or just plain strong.
