so

like that? rubberized dumbbell. that a good price.. it is adjustable?

last time it close at 11pm everyday, now 10pm bcoz got complain.... darn..

it state want to improved it with in 3 month.. you can guess the outcome.. all wayang je..

actually, it nice surounding n people there..

the problem is, weightlifiting belt syndrome.. always there even doing curl..

wow.. compared to gym rakyat kg pandan.. not even a star.. half star at least..
some here, rusty old equipment. the barbell sometime the screw loose. everytime to use it, hv to check there is screw or not.. dont want la went doing bench press or squat, suddenly all that holding the weight are slinding off the bar.. using collar also dont help.. rclxub.gif

same as dumbell..

now there is some fund are given to upgrade this gym rakyat.. maybe after this jun, gym rakyat desa pandan facelift..

for gym rakyat here, i suggest throw away treadmill... likely to be abused and maintenance will be high.. there is padang olahraga at the back n complete with running track and rock climbing.
better use to buy double set of dumbell instead of one set.. lazy to wait.. when waiting, muscle became rust.. hehehe..

proportion is yes..
unless its limited by genetic factor.

come on guys.. dont you ever want to wear short, lepak-lepak at beach, swimming pools... kolam air panas at selayang tongue.gif

have you guys tried scuba/diving suit? if you got big upper body and small leg.. you will see how funny it is.

unless it is your intention by using optical illusion to make people see u have big d-ck...
by having huge quad.. its look small.. tongue.gif

sunlac low fat taste weird. usually i drink when it warm.

dutchlady fullcream milk 1kg only rm18+ at tesco. those box 1 litter dutch lady milk, still rm3.50 at tesco.

buasir only happen when your food intake bad... lack of fiber, water, etc..
when you do heavy work, internal pressure is high.. so you need to squeeze your glute (kemut) and brace your abs (hardened it like someone want to punch on your abs) .
honestly i got internal hemorrhoid, i got that when i still studying, lots of smoke, lots of spicy food, less drinking, less fiber..
now i do lots of deadlift, 130kg and increasing.. dont have any problem related to buasir, and also i dont wear belt.
for me better you train your core first, if your core is weak, sure got problem when lifting heavy. try study and understand the mechanical movement of each exercise, not copy and practice. you dont want pop your spine disk (hernia), rite?

nice weight you got there. drool.gif maybe after 1.5 year i can catch up.. need to put muscle mass.
always listen to your body and know its limit. for me, if you want to try your 1rm, better you use belt n learn proper way to maximize its effectiveness.
180kg++, its quiet heavy.. if bellow 100kg, for me better dont use but it depend on your build. muscle pain and spine pain (disk overload and gonna pop).. 2 different pain..

sometime people measure strength using bodyweight, like 1bw, 1.5bw, 2bw.
it all depend on your physical and build. if you weight 120kg, but mostly fat, so it is sound logical can deadlift 240kg? another story if u r muscular but got extra fat such as powerlifter.
but if you weight 70kg, muscular, so no doubt can deadlift more than 140kg, but it still depend on various condition.

you can see people can bench more than 70kg, but cannot even squat 80kg or deadlift 100kg. its indicate untrained core. try compare the muscle you have in chest and arm with leg and back..
