wow, 200kg's thats very impressive man! I have been lifting for about 1 1/2 years, and my current 1 rep max is about 150kgs. However noticed that there is quite a big difference between your squats, deadlifts & brenchpress. Need to reduce the gap bro, u know what they say, you are only as strong as your weakest link wink.gif

I need some advice, I am currently 120kg (i know its heavy, but no one believes that I am actually 120kgs tongue.gif). I am currently trying to loose weight. Here is my diet:-

Breakfast:
250m Milk with 1 scoop Whey
5 eggs (2 yolks) with cheese

after breakfast:
125ml Milk

lunch: Tuna+6 wholemeal bread

lunch snack: 125ml milk+almonds

evening: 250ml milk

Dinner: Chicken breast + vege (just started taking chicken breast last night, will be my dinner for the next month)

Before sleep: 250ml milk+1 scoop whey

Other supplements I take: creatine, lipo-6,multi-vitamins & fish oil

I basically drink 2 liter packs of Marigold HL per day. Is this diet ideal for loosing weight?

Nope.... To much milk for you, milk has its own sugar call Lactose. Just keep your diet simple, trust me you wont lose muscle so avoid to high protein diet

trying my best to reduce the gap but i dont go far much on bench press coz i either hate it or suck at it.
squat, i am not doing much. one session per week thats all.
i guess i got to double up my squat and give more effort in it.
been slacking on squat. didnt go heavy coz no spotters.
maybe i will start doing this week again. will try to see where is my new 1RM.

Do you actually need a spotter for squats?

yes i do if i wanna try my 1rm.
if u come see my squat rack in my gym, then u will understand.
for now i am just doing medium rep squat. never exceed more than 100kg for now.
100kg so far 6 reps or so...
i dont feel really secure doing squats in my campus gym.
maybe i will try it elsewhere. probably OHM gym. at least there is safety bar over there...
my campus squat rack is actually adjustable bench press set.
pull the 2 supports up, and there u go... a squat rack...

Actually you can just attempt a 3RM weight. Don't need a 1RM weight. You can then roughly estimate what your 1RM is basd on difficulty level of the 3RM and try it the next time you get spotters.

Hi Kmaru,
Thanks for the advice bro, I really appreciate it. notworthy.gif

The problem is I depend a lot on milk for my protein. If I were to take it out from my diet, I am worried that I wont get enough protein. BTW Marigold HL is low in lactose.

Is 1 pack a day alrite?? Or should I drop it completely from my diet?
