me 10am reg, then at 5pm already can be connected...check with the service provider if still cannot

me too....today afternoon register, trm after 12noon able to connect already.....

1) check with service provider..if service provider can't find ur number
2) check with the agent that you sign up

I have been there during my Merdeka holiday. Using digi bb at Tanjung Bungah Hotel and Cititel hotel room without any problem. Average speed 1Mbps.

try it again in mean time...sometimes we also got speed like that

how do i know is it modem problem or what? im using e1550.

Well, frankly i dont have a problem with the speed

but when doing a ping test, lately i have mostly Ds instead of Bs, with a 144ms jitter (probably explaining some missing widgets and links)

and previously, i think i used to have more Bs dan Ds

That B was done at 11.50+ just now.

(owh there i have it again - "Problem loading a page" opening just 3 blogs simultaneously)

And what is even weird, i have no problem playing game online - Team Fortress 2 using non SEA servers. LoL.

Maybe just wait like half an hour or more. With Digi, bad services are seldom more than 2 hours. Probably they were doing something. If still persist, just give em a call.

I do get that 2000+ms once in a while, but knowing this is wireless, it is expected.

the modem problem would be like 619 error, cannot connect bla3 something like that
like our friend b4 had encountered it...
be patience, if there is no changes juz go check if its really with the modem

yup, i dont have a problem with the speed. Speed is always 1mbps, just jitter i guest. hehe

since speed is awesome when opening one page at a time, plus no lagging playing online game too.

anyone using windows 7?
my E160E doesn't work in windows 7, any clue?
now I've to rely on my router in order to get it working.

i just switch back to my xp (dual boot), i notice xp cant connect (still blink blue but never connect eh...), just now at win7 just plug and everything okay n connect liao, now cant again...

I'm currently using Celcom BB but lately the speed and signal dissapoint me very very much.
Since I'm with Digi for my prepaid line , I would really like to POTONG off that Celcom Broadband and join you guys for the Explore package @ Rm98.00 per month. What do you guys think ?
I'm so so unbearable with the Celcom speed lately as it's like going back last time surfing with Netspace @ 56k which is slow and un-stable at all.


And how much do you guys think it makes a difference for a 3.6mbps Modem with a 7.2mbps modem ? Since they're having free modem for Explore package and Extreme package , should I pay another ten bucks for the explore package and get the free modem ? Anyone know what brand is that ?

Added on November 4, 2009, 8:43 amBase on my personal experience, there is no different between 7.2Mbps or 3.6Mbps modem for explore/discover package. You only need 7.2Mbps for extreme package.

Do lots of roadshow ? Actually many of us didn't aware of existence of Digi Broadband some thought it is slow any expensive so organise more roadshow to increase the awareness among public.
Just my 2 cents.

yupe I do agree with vista enthusiasist....DIGI should do more marketing because hardly heard about it....

I don't have problem with speeds either, have always been superb, but I hate those stalled downloads!
