Already filed complain with Digi useing Dchat. I stated some of my situation in post #3280. Think not due to modem, coz dy went to their Service Center, they are able to connect to HSDPA. But not at my home. Full scenario like this:
I left my computer on for whole night on Friday nite. On Sat morning when I wake up, the stats shows no data transfer, but still connected to HSDPA (got signal). Tried many times and in my bro laptop but still the same.
Went back hometown at Kuantan then, Kuantan got no 3G / HSDPA, only EDGE, but I was able to online whole weekend using my modem via EDGE connection.
On Monday when I back to PJ, same problem. Then went to Digi Service Center at SS2. The staff there tried to connect using my modem, able to connect without problem. Then tried back in my home, still cannot. Fed up.
Yesterday (Tue) early morning, I was able to on, but speed kinda slow, some page have to reload only able to access. Then off pc and out for work, till the time I went back, cannot online already. Called the CS, too busy to pick up my calls. Zzz..
Hitting monthly quota is definitely impossible since my bill cycle is on 15 Oct. I know my usage style and definitely it's not due to monthly quota. Even so, still able to use EDGE without any problem. But now my problem is that I can detect signal (full bar), can connect but no data transfer (except for yest early morning out of the blue).
Firewall / Antivirus is not a problem here I think. Coz all these while I am able to online without any problem using the same spec / condition of my comp. The night before this incident still online without problem, left it on till next morning, cannot online anymore... Zzz..
Added on October 28, 2009, 10:29 amDefinitely in Digi BB coverage lo.. 200% firm.. Not a new user, have been using for almost 3 months..
Another way is to bring your modem n laptop out of your house and try whether can access or not which is under the coverage....
