It's slowly turning into SIaocom now I'm afraid. Youtube loads halfway, then stop.... and keeps buffering...big downloads stalling....arrrghhhh

When I call them it's the usual given by Siaocom...reboot PC, change USB port.... things are bad at night.

I really don't know why you're always having these problems with the services 9M-MAS. It's always been fast on my side in Damansara. Maybe it's your area or something. I hope you get your speed back to normal.

It was fast until early this week. If you look back a couple of pages on this thread, you can see I'm not the only one complaining. At that time it didn't happen to me, and in all honesty I thought it couldn't, but well, it did. Very reminiscent of my time with Siaocom last year.

But at my office ( USJ 21) look very bad, previously i'm still able to get HSDPA speed even no 3G coverage. But even EDGE signal full bar, loading page also slow.

just got sms from celcom.."ENJOY up to 1200mins of free voice/video calls & 1500sms.mms /month to yout family plan".....F**K!!!!!!! it's getting ridiculous..the first time i subscribe for celcom is bcoz of it's free call and sms unlimited to family..than reduce to 40hours; i can still coupe, now further reduce to only 20hours/ monthly!!!!!!!!! F**k..seriously made my fasting rites dented...fuming.......damn u celcom!!!!!

As far as I know, Digi BB (or 3.5G specifically) doesn't come with any voice plan... but, you can have data plan with EDGE.

I'm in PJ Sec 17. Have been using DiGi BB for one month. Stable 1M(or more) downlink. No throttling or whatever... Just sometime maybe got little connection problem but overall, it's awesome, even better compare to my home streamyx(my hometown). My place is near Lisa De Inn, full bar(5~6 bars, not confirm). Another friend live near happy mansion flat also having nice speed. And... nearly all area around Sec 17 is covered (based on what the promoter told me at PC Fair). Sec 13, 14 and SS2 also covered. But the 3G signal will be quite weak when use it underground. Only EDGE speed will be detected.
I think u can apply with no worry. If u scare no coverage(quite impossible), you can get someone to check the coverage at your place. I think there are forumers offering this service.

If want speedtest result, can check back a few pages. I posted it two weeks ago.

Even though high PING to most foreign servers but it will still goes up to 1mbps. With local server(penang, KL and SG), the PING usually 2XXms. Penang server got the lowest PING, about 50~100ms.

I think 20hours quite ok le. I call back to my hometown everyday still nvr exceed 20 hours. Lolz. Using postpaid 1+5 from celcom too. One day call half hour alrdy more than enough. Nothing much to talk too. This is just my opinion. Hehe

Haha..bro..actually the plan started already a few months ago..but they didn't inform us..I keep asking their CS and they keep deny..my friends in celcom told me about that..then after I got the msg about reduced free call and sms between 5+1, I and my principle terus port number to Digi for their Postpaid Family Plan. You know what?, Celcom reject and deny my request to port the number. Reason?. Exceed credit limit. WTF. Fyi, my bill never exceed RM40 per month (I am suppliment) and my principle never exceed RM70/RM80. The funny thing is, the next day after I request to port the number, my unbilled charges suddenly goes up to RM158 and my suppliment RM160. Today, my bill RM170 and my principle RM220 even we never make any calls. Fun isn't it. The solution is we terminate the number and get the new number. Celcom sucka and cekik darah siot. Server lembab nak mampos tunggu sampai 10 minit utk check status. Mcm haram.

That's it exactly that I have been experiencing. I certainly hope the "broadband done right" is something rather than the same useless "terpantas" hype from Sialcom...

There was an occasional hiccup here and there but guys, which internet provider can give you perfect connection 100% of the time now?

At least with digi, i can say it's very stable 90% of the time. Only maybe the occasional hiccup 10% of the time, but still can do fast surfing during these times.

But yea, it's of course best if we can get 100% stability all the time.

It's becoming persistently slow, especially at night. I don't P2P, I just need to listen to the BBC. If it cannot sustain 44.1kbps, wow, that is something.

Try complaining to CS. Maybe they'll get to the root of your problem and hopefully giving you a fix...

Had been using Digi BB 2 month ago. Frankly speak, I been using so many bb, this is the only BB not give me any problem. I had never encounter any line drop or disconnect so far, and the speed... well average 1.2MB which i think is quite stable for youtube, sopcast and surf net.

I wanna ask whether JB especially Skudai area, had launch Digi BB already? Need to verify as I back hometown sometime.

It used to have some Digi personnel at here to listen to customer feedback and issue... where are they now???

OK now I'm losing patience. I have lodged three complaints about this to them in as many days. Nothing, no improvement. On top of that I notice they are beginning to disconnect me if I'm idle even for as little as 30 seconds! WTH? I know Maxis disconnects users after some time, but DiGi? And 30 seconds? I then have to try reconnecting a few times because I keep getting Error 619 when I redial...


Man, what's wrong? Only last week everything was beautiful.
