google.com but strangely google docs works accessing google thru ip address works as well 74.125.67.100 74.125.45.100 cmd "ping google.com" also works but browser wont respond gmail wont load (anything with .google.com wont load at all) , facebook wont respond ping, but google owned youtube and blogger/blogspot is running finely with digibb... Amax wimax and streamyx also working finely at my area Extra: I tried to use diginet on my phone and 3gdgnet with EDGE line on my computer instead of WDCMA. I found out even that wont help. seems like digi is having major major issue with google and FB This post has been edited by Raki: Sep 30 2009, 10:20 PM |

QUOTE(adslgourou @ Sep 30 2009, 11:25 PM) Got the information from DiGi CS. I find it strange... the indonesia earthquake was 2 hours ahead before this problem happened... i was on gmail and all sudden everything stop around 8pm but could be aftershock or something... but i find it strange... specifically only site linking to anything to *.google.* and facebook.com has problem while other site was normalAccess to certain sites (those via Singapore) may be impacted by the recent Indonesian earthquake. QUOTE(siewbun @ Sep 27 2009, 09:39 PM) I wonder anyone has experience the same situation like mine. perhaps this is their tactics to get you registered for their 3g services... in the first moth they give you priorities to their service, after that they are back to their tidak apa attitude... anyone can confirm this?I was using DGBB for a month and a half and was all fine. I live in Jln Ipoh, near Dynasty hotel area. My area is a non official 3G coverage area, but I've been receiving 3G signal from spillage of other 3G area i guess. The signal wasn't strong, was around 17% to 24%, but it was good enough for me to get a stable connection. And that was until 3 days go. I came back from work and suddenly discovered there wasn't anymore 3G signal, only down to EDGE. I called the DGBB customer support to relate my case to them. They said my area is not a 3G coverage area and there's nothing he can do about it. I told him to check my bandwidth usage as that would be a proof that I've been getting the 3G signal usage all these while. Also I told them, I manually search for the network with my modem and my phone, DG3G did show up, but my modem failed to register to the DG3G network. His reply was that he can't check my bandwidth and there's nothing he can do. He refused to open a case for me on the basis that my area is not in the official coverage area.. I'm so bloody pissed off rite now coz after a month of happy usage and recommending DGBB to ppl, this is what I got back in return. |

No i don't think digi has a tidak apa attitude. Their CS is mostly quite helpful, well not all the time though hehe. Anyways the previous person that complained stated that digi BB has no official coverage in his area but he was able to get 3g signals there. Then one day the signal disappeared. Not really digi's fault cause there was no official coverage. But i do hope that he'll get back the 3g signal there and officially this time. |
