Base on my personal bad experience (inclusive those who's still pending for MNP process), the porting to UMobile is very very challenging and also as mentioned by other forumer, their CS (especially phone call and emailing service) is really really sucks, that's why I've given up of porting after 1 month of waiting.
However, no doubt their U28 package is really attractive and I would say the best offer in the market so far. So, if you really want to try porting to it, you should be ready to face their poor CS as mentioned and be prepare to walk in to their front desk CS (hotlink calling or email can forget about it) frequently to follow up your porting progress till it success.

Got question here, anyone using postpaid and the get add-on pack can add on how many times within the month?

for example I add-on RM8 for 80min to other telco talk-time, so can I add another RM8 for another 80min to other telco talk-time AGAIN within the same month(30days)?

I remember their FAQ got cover this, check their website. If not wrong should be can (but I will never use more than 80 minutes so not going to test. As long as your usage less than 120 minutes no point to do this.

FYI, I've officially e-mail to U Mobile customer service and also informed the SC in Sunway Pyramid to stop my earlier porting processing.

If using iPhone quite annoying. 6 out of 10 times get error.

1) What is U Mobile's standard prepaid tariff for SMS after we exceed the free allocation? Looked around the website but couldn't find.
2) If I port two DiGi numbers to UMI28, can these two numbers enjoy free calls with each other? Free calls to UMobile numbers is a prepaid feature, right?
3) U Mobile got any kind of online bill checking like DiGi?

Anyone know if Umobile is still riding on Maxis network (when umobile no coverage)? Most importantly, riding on both 2G and 3G data or just 2G?

not sure about 2g but definitely riding on maxis 3g when native umobile 3g is not available
