So you are activated into UM, i believe its the simcard problem, get a replacement simcard at the nearest UM Service Center.

If you have another Umobile simcard at the same location as you are using this MNP-ed simcard, and if all is fine, then its the simcard gold chip cacat.....i dun think its the switching problem

The purpose of posting here is that lots of UM internal pipu follow this thread, they should highlight to UM's management during their weekly Management meetings that Maxis is Nano Ready, so should Umobile if they wan a slice of the iP5 market users, wats more Listing of Umobile on the Bursa is just a stone throw away, surely Vincent Tan wan to hold up an iP5 to brag that UM is no pushovers in the latest gadgets.

Btw, on Maxis, changing of a normal simcard to a microsim also incur a fee of rm25, unless you are a MOC customer.

You can terminate as when you like la bro, which Service Center you went to?

But its best you terminate just as 2 days before the Billing Date, else you "lose more"

eg, my billing date is 1st of every month, i should terminate my ac latest on 29/30 depending if the mth have 30 or 31 days.

U28 postpaid can terminate bila bila masa la bro, but if its contract tied, then cannot.

If they say cannot, tell them you can complain to SKMM, but if you have not paid them all the necessary pymt like advance , they surely wont let you do it.

Umobile cannot transfer number ownership, port out to other telco first, if you wan change ownership ........

You wan prepaid rite, a simple way is to MNP out to another Telco, then re-MNP back as a Umobile Prepaid using the same mobile number or just Terminate this line and buy a Prepaid............simple.........

Most Umobile Dealers have Microsim cutters, simple, just buy from them and request them to cut.

no worries, if the ic is not the same as in DiGi's system, make a trip to DiGi Center to rectify it, then re MNP again

i have users having this problems before, which eventually also got MNP-ed when they went to the Center to rectify the ic number
